It’s interesting to see the housing numbers for Brecksville. Our current statistics are very positive with 133 Active Listings (93 Homes / 40 Condos). When I compare our current numbers to the last two years there’s “Encouragement”. These numbers indicate that we have hit bottom and that the pendulum is on its way up, although admittedly it will be a very slow gain as we’re being told that the next foreclosure sweep is on its way and will not peak until September of ’12.
